xp can not shut down or restart
i have xp home edition and when i try to shut down or restart my pc it just freezes so i have to do hard shut downs all the time is there any way to fix this???1 person needs an answerI do too

This could be the result of one of several issues. Failing hardware, driver issue, infections or even software conflict has sometimes caused this. Try safe mode and see if you have the same problem. If you do then you are more than likely dealing with a hardware issue.
