i, WE left the computer on overnight and when we tried to check out email it started cycling, we tried to shut it off and start it again but it gets all the way to our desk top.then in the middle of the desk to it shows our spy ware thing (as usual) and then shuts down and starts it's self all over again. I have tried system restore, pressing f8 f2 f12......ad nasueam. I have run every program that is in the computer to find out whats wrong. The only thing that I am having trouble with is my dvd-cd writter it stopped working and the computer can't find it but says in troubleshotter that its ok. Any body got any ideas, if you don't thats ok anyone want a retired exective NBC news director? My dad's avaible and I'll even pay the shipping> :-) JUST KIDDING!!!
