wrongly addressed e-mails do not return.
I have sent an e-mail to a wrong address and have received no notification of this error. Is there any way I can ensure notification in th future ?

Hi, If the address which you specified is not existing, the email will be returned to sender. If the address is existing, I think you may not receive ant notification. So before sending the email, please double-check the email address which you want to send. Also, because this forum focuses on Windows 7, if you have any further concerns, please contact the email provider. Thanks for understanding. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

Thank you. I am using W7 on a 64 bit system. My e-mail client is Windows Live Mail. My problem occurred because I entered a new contact incorrectly. I remember that if it happened in the past I'd receive notification. I submitted my question to ensure that it would not happen again !
