corporate workstation, Enterprise version... PC will freeze. rebooting brings to splash screen with no keyboard or mouse support. Power cycling has no effect. Only solution I found is to reboot into BIOS, then save/exit. Happens 1x or 2x a day. All updates have been applied.

Based on the symptom is more to HW related issue

I suggest you check with your PC manufactured as well to investigate this issue

Please unplug if there is any 3rd party HW connected to your PC (LAN, printer, USB modem, external HDD ect)

From the Windows side, I suggest you monitor at safe mode, log in to safe mode and monitor, if freeze and rebooting also happened at safe mode, I suspected this is hardware issue
