TRY RUNNING CKDISK AS INSTRUCTED. my computer-rclick local disk-tools-check now.then do a defrag.

Click Start, and then click Run. Type cmd, and then press ENTER. Type chkdsk c: /f and then press ENTER. You will be asked whether you want to run chhkdsk the next time the computer is started.
