Well I amgoing to try to explain what my problem and hope someone can com up with a solition' I use a cannon i250 with my laptop to scan a pitcure or a document after scanning a window come's up on my screen with whatever I scanned I have to click on the picture to highlite it then click on send then on attach to email. another window opens where I can typ in the email address that I want to sent to. after that my computer will go through the motions of sending then say operation failed and give an error message at first is was unabli to connect to sever. every thing worked fine untill I had run my recovery cd .I reinstalled my printer/scanner with the cd that came with it would that be the cause" Thank you Darl
