Go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Network and Sharing Center > Manage Wireless Networks (in the left pane) and right-click the network, then click Properties > Connection Tab. There are three fields that can be changed but you
may need to change 'Connect automatically when in range'.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

Hi,
The issue also could be incorrect driver. I suggest updating the wireless adapter driver from the manufacture's site manually to check the result.
Also go to
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Wlansvc, right click the Wlansvc
folder -> Properties -> Security tab -> add Local Service, your user name with full permission -> reboot.

If the issue occurred after resuming from sleep, also check the power management settings of wireless adapter in Device Manager.
Best Regards,
