Hi,
Thank you for posting.
Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following:
1. Please check your NIC settings
1) Go to Network and sharing Center Change adapter settings.
2) Right-click the connection that you want to configure, and then click Properties.
3) Click Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4), click Properties, and check if the settings are proper.
4) You can configure the NIC settings to obtain the IP address and DNS automatically to see if it works.
You can also manually assign IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and the DNS settings referring to your routers settings and check how it works
2. Upgrade the wireless NIC driver.
3. Update the firmware of the router.
4. Just as a check, please connect to the network with a network cable and see how it works.
If the issue persists, please help collect more information:
1. Lets run ipconfig /all in an elevated command prompt and post the information to this thread.
2. Please check the event log. Is there any related error message?
Thanks.Nicholas Li - MSFT
