winrar or 7zip do not seem to work properly
winrar or 7 zip cannot create folders to unzip

I'am Using IZarc V 4.0 beta and It's working good for me on windows 7 rc, you might try running program in Compatibility mode for vista.For some are still not updated for windows 7, Also You should ask this in the Windows 7 Application Compatibility forum, Somebody there might be able to offer more help.

maggot66,7zip is working fine for me. Can you create folders manually? Can other programs create them as needed?
