trying to display a report from our online business reporting program. When we click "retrieve report" it comes up but before we can see it, it blips off. We have turned off the "pop-up blocker" as our phone support for the business program suggested and still it blips off. They say they can see the report on their end as they walk us thru it. Called applecare, they said to contact you. We did have Norton Antivirus installed and thought that might be the prob. but have uninstalled it and it's still happening. Help! 1 person needs an answerI do too
