You mean on the Internet? That is a function of your browser, not Windows. A browser is the software program that allows you to "see" the Internet. The browser that comes with Windows is Internet Explorer. You should upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 if you don't have it. To see what version of IE you have, double-click the blue "E" icon and then click on Help and About. This will tell you what version you have.
