Had a power outage today and battery backup did not work. When trying to restart the computer windows will freeze when trying opening. Have tried varous methods to restart even in safe mode it will freeze during start up.1 person needs an answerI do too

If you do not have current backups of your data, copy your data to external media NOW. You can do this even if you can't get into Windows (see below for methods). Then do a repair install. If the repair install doesn't work, test your hardware to make sure the power outage didn't fry anything.
