Hi donnerdad, 1. If you see the Ease of access on the logon screen then you may click on the button and select On-Screen Keyboard and type using the same. Press Windows button+ U on the keyboard to get the ease of access utility:a. Select On-Screen keyboard is not runningb. Start automatically when I log in You may refer the below links:Open Utility Manager:http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/accessibility/openutilitymanager.mspx How to Quickly Lock Your Computer and Use Other Windows Logo Shortcut Keys:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294317 2. If you do not have the option of ease of access then you need to connect another Keyboard to your computer and try to type in the password. As a wild guess, perhaps you have a laptop computer and have your NumLocks enabled? This would cause the j, k, l, u, i, o, and p keys not to act normally. If this is the case, try hitting the "num lock" key once to toggle it off and see if you can now enter your password.HTH, JW
