Hi, Please proceed like that: run sfc /scannow run chkdsk /r /f Install the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821/ Reset Windows Update Components: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058 Also, you can try to download and install them manually.
