I have installed the beta on a dell inspiron 1525. All of my Windows sounds are very quiet. I can play music, and it is at a normal level, but the Windows sounds are barely audible. And yes, i did adjust the levels to the max, but no change.

I couldn't get anything to play after an upgrade. I re-installed the sound driver. It works now.
