windows photo viewer cannot print
brand new laptop, windows 7. i downloaded pictures from an email and the print, burn and open options are disabled. I cant even pres print and get an options menu or anything it is very frustrating can anyone help?

try to reinstall it download from below link. http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/windows-photo-viewer-7-for-windows-7/ or The error is caused by software / non-compatible applications installed on the system or infection. So the first action, create and maintain a clean boot: Type: msconfig, and sending in the search box in the start menu. Go to Start. Remove all checkmarks not those of the antivirus. Do not reboot. Go to the Services section. Put the checkmark to hide all Microsoft services (Note that Microsoft services are hidden and do not touch) Disable all others. Do not reboot. Go to C: \ windows \ prefetch Delete all files (including folder ReadyBoot that will be recreated) unless the file Layout.ini. Go to C: \ windows \ temp Delete all files deleted. Control Panel> Internet Options, click Delete to clean up temporary and history. Empty trash. Restart. When you restart download Wise Registry Cleaner Free Portable. Extract the file and launches (or install it if you chose to download the version with the installer). Put all the ticks in the left window. Start scanning. Fix for the moment, all the green items.
