I am trying to install windows mobile device center, however, I believe that mcafee software is preventing the installation to complete. Can anyone confirm this or let me know what files I need to exclude in mcafee?

I am not getting any error messages. It will go through the installation process, however, when it reaches the time to launch the application, nothing happens

Hi TBorely, To check if McAfee is the problem, you can try temporarily disable it or update it to latest version. In addition, try it in Clean Boot mode. You can also try reinstalling Windows Mobile Device Center.Vivian Xing - MSFT
