How do I import my contacts from outlook express to window live mail in windows 7? First, you need tomake a copy ofthe Windows Address Book (*.WAB file) and then place that file on external media or on the Windows 7 Desktop. Here's how.In Windows XP.Find Your Windows Address Book.Click Start, and then click Search.Click All files and folders. In the What do you want to search for box, click All files and folders. In the All or part of the file name type, *.wab, and then click Search. When the search is finished, double-click each file to open it. When you have found the correct one (it will contain your Contacts information), note the exact location and name of the file.Go to that location in Windows Explorer, copy the .WAB file to external mediaand move it to Windows 7.In Windows 7, open Windows Live Mail.In the Toolbar, select Go / Contacts. In the Contacts, select File / Import.Select Windows Address Book (.WAB).In the Open dialog box, navigate to the location where you placed the .wab file from Outlook Express and select it.Click the Open Button and follow the instructions.Hope this helps.Thank You for testing Windows 7 Ronnie Vernon MVP
