I have had windows 7 for 3 months. I can receive emails but sending is intermitent. Why can I NOT send photo attachments with email ? It seems I have to send via photo mail but then the recipient has to register with live mail to download photos. Movie maker: I has just spent 2 days preparing and then saving a movie, when I wanted to open it to burn to CD the movie maker could not find the file. Before anyone tells me to check my mail provider, I have until they are sick of hearing from me. Another question, recently when I open Win 7 a window appears saying "an error has occured reinstall program" How can this be done when the computer comes pre installed and NO disc. Has anyone got a free copy of XP premium home + validation key because Windows 7 is driving me insane

This is a common error with windows live (at least the Email part) I can't fix it either, i just use Outlook connector on Outlook 2010 :)Wanna know what will be a good pc to buy? Create your own ;)

The error message telling you to reinstall is not from Windows, it's a program running during startup that has an error. What's the title of the message? Shawn Keene

Hello Shawn, The title of the popup window is "Filecure"

You might go to the "Uninstall a program" section in Control Panel, and just remove the app by that name, since it's not working anyway, you probably won't miss it. Shawn Keene
