we recently moved a pc from one place to other. after booting it up for the first time, it gets to windows and ask for a password. the name listed is "valued customer". I just don't know what to put in as we don't assign passwords. I can't find my XP disk and can't remember if there was one we need to put in. 1 person needs an answerI do too

Instead of typing something in, just leave it blank and press enter. This worked for me and a friend. Hope it works for you too!
