Windows installer window preparing to install, does nothing cannot cancel it...tried to install new installer then got another window with: Windows Installer The feature you are tryng to use is on a CD-ROM or other disk that is not available.Insert the 'TrayApp' disk and click okI do not have a disk and from what I can tell it is an issue with Microsoft Office which came installed on my computer....I am at a loss can someone please help? 1 person needs an answerI do too
