im having a problem starting my firewall service i tried everything whenever i try to i get error 1068: the dependancy service or group failed to start. does anyone have any idea how to handle this?

i Did everything you told me and im still getting the same error. i got this problem after getting win7 antivirus i took care of it but i still cant access my firewall and i cant download anything
