I cannot get windows fax and scan to work on my HP 15. I just bought this a week ago. Whenever I try to set it up I get the message that there is no modem to connect....HELP !!

Have you configured the fax settings?

Tools\Fax settigs\General\Select Fax Device

Before we configured the device, please ensure the HP device has been connected to the machine well . Please also check the device manager and ensure the driver has been installed.
