windows explorer ha stopped working and is restarting again - blocks wireless connection and some updates. Unable to restablish MS Support
On Dec 19, 2011 I posted the following question (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistanetworking/thread/fb8ba46d-40ea-46df-8f74-7f502e5fcda4) and was able to begin MS support with Sabrina's help in her reply post. The media CD with the SPs arrived via mail. While the mail arrived my case number was temporarily closed ( case number SRX1167876429). I have tried to reactivate the support since then with no result. The e-mails from the support staff bounce back as invalid e-mails, and his manager has failed to reply. I tried opening a new case, it was received, acknowledged (case number SRX1169556353ID) and nobody from support ever contacted me, I have tried unsuccesfully since January 5 to continue the support to fix my computer. With the new CD from MS, I tried the in-place upgrade, unable to finish due to the powershell. I do not find the powershell in Control Panel programs list or in the upgrades. If I type powershell, on the search field of the start button, it opens a blue screen, so the powershell is active. The locations according to "properties" for Windows Powershell, Windows Poershell ISE and Windows Powershell modules are: %SystemRoot%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe, %SystemRoot%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\PowerShell_ISE.exe and %SystemRoot%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -NoExit -ImportSystemModules. Can you help me? How do I properly uninstall windows powershell, as I cannot find it as something that I can uninstall? Thank you, A. Patricia Pedraza
