When I was in the internet my computer abruptly shotdown. When I turned it on back again after logging in, I got a screen displaying a windows virus protection page telling me I had infections and possible a virus after automaticly scanning my laptop. I declined to purchase the product repeatedly but it wouldn't allow me to perform any tasks. When I tried to use the task manager it showed that it had been disabled by the administrator. I payed for the service but it still doesn't work.1 person needs an answerI do too

What's the program's name? I'm afraid that it's a rogue security program that pretends to find infected files to trick people into buying it. If you've payed for it, the criminals who created it now have your credit card information. In that case, I recommend contacting your credit card company to cancel the charge, cancel your card, and issue you a new one. If you'd like to try to remove it yourself, start by running a full scan with your antivirus program. Then, download and run these programs: Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware For more detailed help, go to the malware removal forum at Aumha , see the spyware and malware removal guides at BleepingComputer.com , or call 1-866-PC Safety for Microsoft's free virus and spyware removal help.
