My windows defender is turned off when I try to turn it on it tells me the windows defender application has been turned off and does not give me a way to turn it off. It says if I have another program I am using to check it in the control panel. If I am using something else I don't know it or what it is. I want to turn windows defender on but cant. Help

Do you have another malware app installed?

Hi,

Basically you should not be having any type antivirus in your computer if you want to enable Windows defender, so try to uninstall them and then you should be able to turn it back on.
