I have a desktop pc by emachines, w3050, AMD Sempron (tm) 3000+, 1.99GHz, 448 MB Ram. OS- WIN XP Home, SP3. Programs are Windows Security and Firewall, CCleaner-V2.27.1070, Spybot S&D-1.6.2.46, AVG Free Addition 8.5.432, virus data base-271.1.1/2656, Advanced Systems Care-3.4.1685.I have recently tried to connect through Directv's Wildblue. When i open IE the Wildblue icon shows I am connected at a speed of 100.0 mps. However, IE says it cannot display the web page. After days of trouble shooting with Wildblue support everything checks out ok on their end.. The technical support says that something is wrong with my Windows. When I attempt to repair my connection as directed Windows tells me it cannot refresh my ip.Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.1 person needs an answerI do too
