Just a thought, does this occurs only during gaming? What about normal usage like surfing the net or running appllication?

7f is usually a hardware driver problem. Update all your drivers from the PC, video card, and/or motherboard manufacturer's site.
Upload the minidump file via Skydrive and someone will look at it and give you more suggestions on what is causing the BSOD and how to fix it:
