I downloaded a zip file from internet, could not extract the files with windows (service pack 3 home edition) or any other program even winzip, etc. I am getting a WINDOWS SECURITY WARNING AS FOLLOW:Windows has blocked access to these files to help protect your computer. windows advice to unblock the file I should right click on zip file and go to the property of the file and click on unblock button however I DO NOT HAVE THIS OPTION. THERE IS NO UNBLOCK BUTTON ON THE PROPERTY WINDOWS AT LEAST ON MY PC.I BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED AFTER I UPGRADED MY WINDOWS FROM SP1 TO SP2.how can i fix this problem. 1 person needs an answerI do too
