Looks like the updated locations of your folders are not getting reflected in your libraries. We will investigate on the issue. Meanwhile, as a workaround, please try the following: 1. Click on "Change backup settings" from troubleshoot dialog 2. Expand the user node whose libraries are getting reported as skipped. 3. Deselect the library that is causing the issue. 4. Expand the "Computer" node in the treeview and select the redirected location of the folders. 5. Save settings. You should not hit the skipped files issue after this. Hope this helps.

Did you move folders in C:\Users manually?
