Hi burak dzekin,

The main issue is that the updates won`t be installed, right?  Have you checed the update history for the failed updates?

If there is any third party antivirus software installed, please turn them temporarily or uninstall them completely if it is possible to have a check.
In addition to ZigZag` suggestion, we can refer to the following link to have a troubleshoot.
1.Run the built-in tool to have a diagnostic.
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories\Windows Update
2.If the issue persists, run the following tool to reset the Windows update components.
How do I reset Windows Update components?
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058
If the issue persists, we can try to install the update in a clean boot environment to have a check. We can try to install them manually.
3.If the issue persists, try the other methods included in the following link.
"Failure configuring Windows updates. Reverting changes. Do not turn off your computer" error when you try to install Windows updates

After the all the updates installed, we can refer to the following link to update to Windows 8.1

Whenever Windows updates website scans and install any updates or patches, it gets stored on the below location.
%windir%\softwaredistribution\download

Depending upon the updates different folders gets created on the above location.

For clearing the contents of the softwaredistribution folder, try the below commands on the command prompt with admin rights. And try to update it again.

net stop wuauserv
rmdir %windir%\softwaredistribution  /s /q
net start wuauserv
exit

Hope this helps.
