had a fatal hd crash tech managed to recover my windows 8 receipt but neither he or I are able to open it have contacted windows support, windows store, windows pay support and nobody can open it it is a gaming file or at least that's what they are saying so would have to know the game apparently Microsoft will recover the codes from my computer for $200 bucks that's not gonna happen paid once and can prove it got my receipt from master card shows payment to Microsoft in January of 2013 for windows 8 anyone have any ideas to help

Open it?  keys are 5 groups of 5 letters and numbers nothing to open.  We need a ton more info.
