When i sign in my account a black screen appears no desktop,no start

and when i try to open task manager it doesn't open.

So you are seeing the Ctrl-Alt-Delete dialog on that monitor?   Perhaps TM is opening off screen?  Then you could try pressing Alt-Space,M  and Cursor moves to bring it back.

More often I think this symptom happens before login but I suppose the same thing could be happening after.  It seems that some video support software (nVidia especially) switches to a phantom second screen and leaves the first one blank (typically, not black, e.g. you may see a faint background of very dark grey which is brighter than a screen which is totally off.)  Then a simple solution is to switch the state of the Second Screen as if you can see it, e.g. press Win-P, CursorUp and Enter and see what happens.  Alternatively, if you do have a second monitor or display device, hook it up and see what is showing on it.

Since you can actually see something before you run into your problem you can also more easily try using the Accessibility menu to activate Narrator in case it can give you some orienting clues from your speakers.   E.g. after your Ctrl-Alt-Delete take a detour to the Accessibility menu and activate Narrator.   So, Ctrl-Alt-Delete, End (to get to the Task Manager button), Tab (to get to the Accessibility menu), Spacebar (to open it), CursorDown (to get to the Narrator item), Spacebar (to start Narrator); then Backtab to the Task Manager button and Spacebar to activate it...

OMG.  That doesn't keep Narrator running?  Then you may have to press Win-Enter anyway?  Who knew?  Also, doing this has made me aware of a possible explanation for your symptom if it involves a failure to show the Start Screen.  E.g. I found TM hidden under my SS but I could expose it to Narrator by pressing either Win- or Alt-Tab.   YMMV.
