just got a brand new pc and unable to watch any video at all, just get audio and green screen, sometimes it will let you watch a bit then goes back to green screen. I have tried updating the video card drivers but it just says I'm using the most up to date drivers, any help would be great, thank you x

Try using  Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering  (in Options, Advanced tab)

Update your graphics card drivers if the above solution resolves the problem.  I've also seen this issue when Norton is installed on the machine.

Considering this is a brand new machine, please manually check for updates for the machine to ensure it has got all the latest updates.

To get a better performance of the machine, please always keep them up to date.
