windows 8.1 booting but just showing blue screen

Hi Akshay,

You can try to boot in safe mode and recover the changes in msconfig.

Start your computer in safe mode

If OS had been recovered, you can refer to the following links to delete another OS from boot list:

hello, sir

Recently i had an another OS in my laptop , dual boot with windows 8.1 single language. later  i had done my work with that OS and from windows 8.1  i have deleted the partition of that OS. but still that OS exist in boot . i have tried several methods to remove that OS from boot. but unfortunately i was not able  to remove that OS from boot.

so i have tried to do some changes in msconfig . i had change the boot setting and enable some extra boot option, after that my laptop restart and its just showing a blue empty screen with shutdown and restart option , on right below corner of the screen. since i have also deleted my recovery partition earlier , so i am not able to open  CMD or refresh or reset my windows 8.1 OS. i have also tried to boot from windows 8.1 OS from EFl but it was unsuccessful . and also tried to change some setting in bios, but nothing works. its just a blue screen

please help me. and give me the solution.                                                                                              Than

i have deleted the partition of that os(Ubuntu os). so when i start me laptop their is no option available for selecting OS,windows 8.1 start automatically. but when i press  esc key and then F9 key to open boot option then i can see two OS ie windows and unbuntu. i dont wanted to see that os anywere.
