please help me i want to install windows 10 .i have windows 8.now i have to upgrade it to 8.1to get 10 but every time i try the pc send me amassege(sorry this update isnot availabel for your pc or you might be running an edition of windows that does not support updating from the store )please help me 

What edition of Windows are you using?

Run Windows Update and install all updates and then try open Store and see if it gives you upgrade option.

What version of windows 8 are you running ?

Some editions of Windows 8 dont support updating to Windows 8.1 from the Store. These include the following:

• Windows 8 Enterprise. Talk to your system admin about updating to Windows 8.1.

• Windows 8 Pro, if installed by an organization or a program that uses Volume Licensing. Talk to your system admin, or the administrator of the program that was used to install Windows 8. If youre the administrator, you can find more info and links to Windows 8.1 ISOs in the Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation.

• Windows 8 Pro, if installed using an MSDN or TechNet ISO, and activated using Multiple Activation Keys. You might be able to download a Windows 8.1 ISO from MSDN or TechNet.

Are you getting this when going true the windows store ?

Is your windows 8.0 fully update to date ?
