I have a new Dell Laptop with Windows7, but it cannot connect to my wireless network at home. My other laptop (Vista) can connect to that network with no problems, and the new laptop with Win7 can connect to other networks, just not that at my home. Any ideas and suggestions are appreciated. Just a thought, did you input the same ssid and passphrase on both the router as well the wireless setting on the laptop?

Make sure Network Discovery is on. Right click on Network , select Properties . Click on Change Advanced Sharing Settings , expand Home or Network and select Turn on Network Discovery . See if that helps.Rich
