Bug Check 0x50: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA - This indicates that invalid system memory has been referenced. Please copy the dmp files from the folder C:\Windows\Minidump first to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your Skydrive [1] and post a link here, so that I can look at the dumps. You have several crashes (0x7E and 0x50) caused by the usbvideo.sys Try this hotfix: "Stop 0x0000007E" or "Stop 0x00000050" Stop error message in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/979538/en-us Click on View and request hotfix downloads , select the platform (x86 or x64) and type in your email twice and type in the captcha ad click request hotfix. After 1 minute you have an email with the link to download an exe. Use the password which is included inside the email to extract the update. Install the update and reboot. My problem happened when I was opening an e-mail attachment. Here is what it says in the Event Viewer: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xb94c38a8, 0x00000000, 0x82b33887, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\downloads\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 101010-15319-01. My dump file is taking forever to upload for some reason. I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic and no problems were found. I already had the hotfix installed because this problem occurred a couple of months ago. Also, is there any way to view the MEMORY.DMP file if it won't upload?I I just ran Memtest and it said there were no errors, where can I find that dump file associated with Memtest that provides all the detailed information?

Please copy the dmp files from the folder C:\Windows\Minidump first to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your Skydrive [1] and post a link here, so that I can look at the dumps with the debugger and to to see the cause of the crash.
