windows 7 pro is not connecting to windows server 2003 premium

Please anybody can help me.
I have a SBS Server 2003 Premium and recently I bought a windows 7 pro and windows 7 home basic
both also not able to use shared folders from the server.
1) At the same time in Windows XP sp2 can use shared folder from the server.
2) I have done some settings in the windows 7 pro
-Enable network Discovery
-Turn on file and print sharing
-Turn off password protected sharing
-Use user accounts and passswords to connect to other computer
3) The other settings such as encryption i have set as use 128 bit encryption
4) I have done some setting in gpedit.msc
-computer configuration/windows settings/security/settings/local policies/security/settings.
5) I have enabled some policies
Network Access: Allow anonymous SID/name translation
Network access: Let everyone permissions apply to anonymous users
6) I have disabled some settings.
Network access: Restrict anonymous access to named pipes and shares
Network access: Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts
Network Access: Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts and shares
and the server side I tried to change it but could not.
Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if neogotiated..
and same setting I have done in windows 7 but not in windows 7 home basic
please help me as soon as possible.

Windows 7 professional are OK and Windows 7 Home are not expected to join domain. Upgrade to Professional.
