windows 7 os not responding
hi,
2 days before i shutdown my laptop properly and on next day when i turn on my laptop only my desktop without a single icon was displayed and task bar also show few icons but my window was not responding at all, the system got hang... i restart it thrice
or rather more times but same issue arise. then i login from safe mood, i make a new account and tried to login from that new account but still same problem the welcome window was dispalyed with bz sign..i waited for an hour but system dint responds :( iv
to do my work :( plz somebody help me out.... will be thankfull

Hi,
Please use start up repair for test:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/startup-repair
If the issue persists, you can also try to perform a system restore to see the result.

thanx alot Leo Haung for ur reply,,, actualy when i start the windows normally, none of the icons are shown on the desktop, secondly if i select from start up menu, none of the program or application responds and now the system is too slow...
do i have to run up startup repair from safe mood? because in normal windows none of the applicAtion is responding!!!!
