After connecting the Kaiser, try updating your system via Windows Update. Lets us know how it goes. -Mukesh

You can also try the following steps: Reinstall Windows Mobile Remote Adapter ======================= 1. Click the Start Button, type "Device Manager" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search box and press Enter. 2. Look under the "Network adapters" node for "Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter". Right-click "Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter" and choose to "Uninstall" 3. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box if available, click OK. 4. Look under the "Mobile Devices" node for "Microsoft USB Sync". Right-click "Microsoft USB Sync" and choose to "Uninstall". 5. Restart the computer.Vivian Xing - MSFT
