I'm running windows 7 64-bit home premiere. I keep getting this error in event viewer. From the hardware ID we can find that the problematic device is Creative Zen V. Do you have such device that connects to the computer? If so, you may download the latest firmware from the manufacturer’s website. How were you able to tell it was the Zen V Plus? I have a similar error but do not have that program loaded. Below is the error I am getting.
