hello guys m using DELL inspiron 14 R with windows 7 home basic.. now the problem is that when i right click i do not see a personalize option.. secondly i wanted to change the background color scheme which other people can easily go to control panel>appearance and personalize... and do it .. but in my control panel there is no option of personalize... sorry if it has been asked already... im a newbie.. thnks and awaiting replies....
