hello all, this is my first time asking questions, i have windows 7 X64, i encountered a virus, after a long time of not getting the problem fixed, i did system restore, it restored to a previouse spot, but now i cannot do updates, i get error code unknow error 80070005, i have admin privlage, but cannot update, i also cannot use some programs, and or all music is in a folder, but cannot put into media player,i have read the other posts on this subject, but they dont seam to answer my problem. any help is greatlly excepted thank you

Then retry the update.
