the snapman and volmgr driver indicate you may have a HDD issue. So run chkdsk /r /f to detect and fix NTFS issues. If you still have crashes, please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your
desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive [1] folder and post a link here.

as you can see the version is over 7 years old! At this time why were at Windows XP Sp1. Remove or update (to Version 2011) the Acronis Software to fix the issue.
