dialer.exe is available. At least in my Windows 7. dialer.exe looks to be a reduced version compared with Windows XP. At least in my Windows 7.Nuno Gonçalves

1. What program used to place information in telephon.ini file? There is no telephon.ini file in Vista or Windows 7. In Vista you'll just have to launch phone dialer, type the phone number and click dial button to connect. You also have options like: a. Speed Dial. b. Dialing properties. To access dialer, follow these steps. 1. Click Start, type dialer and hit enter. 2. Check menu items for more options.

Hi, The file like telephon.ini does not exist in Windows 7, that means those function you are seeking is eliminated. However, windows 7 give xp-users another change to enjoy the old feature. I suggest launch Windows XP mode to achive your goals. Good Luck. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
