windows 7 crashes or freezes
Hi all, Everytime I click "STart" button or type in the start menu, the windows 7 just freezes or crashes (windows 7 home edition) How should I fix this issue? Thank you.

Hi, First, I need to confirm that it is kernel mode or user mode crash? Then, I suggest to try boot from Safe Mode to see whether the issue still occur. If it does not, it indicates some 3rd applications or services may cause this issue. Also, you may try to use System Restore to restore to an earlier point. If the issue still happen, I suggest to contact our CSS team for better help because of this need to debug the kernel dump files. It already beyond what we can do in this forum.
