I think it must be your hardware as there are no other UI-related issues being reported. Maybe your Graphics Card manufacturer has not got Windows 7 drivers or they are still testing them.

Hi. could you post your configuration, please? Also please post details of what kind of crashes you are getting. Also, if you are getting BSODs, I would suggest Control Panel / System / Advanced System Settings / (System Properties) Advanced tab / look at "Startup and Recovery" , click settings button - in system failure: uncheck "automatically restart" This will enable you to see any errors that are causing a reboot. Hope that helps. Kris

I agree there are random BSOD crashes still here. The sleep mode bug is well known but also mine BSOD at random times as well. PC is less than 6 months old, everything works fine in XP.

I might as well put this here .....Windows 7 Beta did not seem to demonstrate any issues with Hybernate.Windows 7 RC, being started from Hybernate, seems to accumulate some kind of issue that ends up in a BSOD eventualy.I have pretty much reverted to a Cold Start, abondoning the Hybernate for now. This issue seemingly was caused by or was aggravated by the recent Test Patches that were pushed.
