Hi, When you are prompted to input the username and password, please try the administrator account of the Windows 7 computer. Meanwhile, please also try: 1. If you have installed some security software(firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc.) in Windows 7, please temporarily disable or remove it to see if it works. 2. Adjust sharing settings: 1) Go to “Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings”.2) Under “File sharing connections”, select “Enable File Sharing for Devices that Use 40 or 56-bit encryption”.3) Under “Password protected sharing”, select “Turn off password protected sharing”.4) Save the changes above. Hope this helps. Thanks.Nicholas Li - MSFT
