windows 7 blue screen of death problem
I get a blue screen of death every so often the problem details are listed below problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 3081 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 50 BCP1: 90FED1C2 BCP2: 00000008 BCP3: 90FED1C2 BCP4: 00000000 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 768_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\051210-21122-01.dmp C:\Users\Carl Fish\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-68624-0.sysdata.xml can anyone help me to resolve this

Hi, For Blue Screen issue, it is recommended to you contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance so that this problem can be resolved efficiently. Here I just share some personal knowledge: BCCode 50 seems to be the stop message “PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)” which usually occurs after the installation of faulty hardware or in the event of failure of installed hardware (usually related to defective RAM, either main memory, L2 RAM cache, or video RAM). If hardware has been added to the system recently, remove it to see if the error recurs. If existing hardware has failed, remove or replace the faulty component. Run hardware diagnostics supplied by the system manufacturer. Another cause of this Stop message is the installation of a buggy system service. You can perform a Clean Boot to disable the service and determine if this resolves the error. If so, contact the manufacturer of the system service about a possible update. Antivirus software can also trigger this Stop message. Disable the program and determine if this resolves the error. Best Regards Dale
